  • Licenses and Authorization: MISURI S.A.U. is the legal owner and operator of the Bingo Canoe facilities located at Paseo de la Castellana, 94, Madrid. The operation is authorized by the Directorate General for Tax Management and Gambling Regulation (Ministry of Economy, Employment and Finance, Community of Madrid) under registration number JC-119, covering both physical and digital Betting services.

Platform Terms of Use

Access or use of the digital Bingo Canoe platform, whether through a standard web browser or the official mobile App, automatically classifies the person as a “User”. This status implies the immediate and unreserved acceptance of all general and specific conditions outlined in this legal notice, including strict compliance with all mandatory Responsible Gaming frameworks.

Permitted and Prohibited Activities

Users must interact with the platform in accordance with current legislation, public order, and standard operating procedures. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for illicit purposes or for actions that compromise system functionality.

  • Transmitting malicious software, computer viruses, or illegal data.

  • Reproducing, modifying, or distributing platform content (text, graphics, multimedia files) without the explicit and documented authorization of MISURI S.A.U.

  • Attempting to manipulate or systematically exploit any promotional Bonus or financial offer.

  • Attempting to extract backend data or bypass standard user interfaces to access proprietary or exclusive information.

Liability, Data Management, and Account Suspensions

The user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for their actions on the platform, including the secure management of their Login credentials and passwords. The collection, storage, and processing of all personal data generated by user activity are strictly governed by the platform’s official Privacy Policy.

MISURI S.A.U. reserves the right to execute the following actions without prior notification:

  • Deny, suspend, or cancel access for users who violate the established terms.

  • Modify the platform’s digital architecture, visual design, available services, or terms of use.

Hyperlink Policy

Inbound Links

Entities or individuals establishing external hyperlinks directed to the Bingo Canoe platform must adhere to the following stipulations:

  • Links must point exclusively to the homepage or main section headers. Deep-linking, framing, or inline image links (IMG) are prohibited without prior authorization.

  • Establishing a link does not indicate a commercial association or endorsement by MISURI S.A.U. The external site must explicitly declare the absence of such a relationship.

  • The external site must not display trademarks, logos, or slogans of Bingo Canoe or MISURI S.A.U.—other than the text inherent to the hyperlink itself—without formal consent.
